Admitting that she also struggles with motivation (but telling her followers you “just gotta do it”), Aniston shared a video of her doing a Pvolve class – a low-impact functional fitness programme where you use resistance-based equipment.
Aniston was following a workout led by LA-based instructor and head of training at Pvolve, Dani Coleman, who was clearly putting her through her paces. The subscription service, which offers different membership levels depending on how much you want to stream and how much equipment you need, offers classes including Strength and Sculpt and Cardio Burn designed to make you physically and mentally strong.
It’s good to know that even Aniston has days where she doesn’t want to workout – she is human after all.
